BAYANIHAN ALAY SA SAMBAYANAN (BALSA)

Dear Friends,

In behalf of the affected people of typhoon Pepeng in the Cordilleras and Central Luzon, we humbly appeal for any form of relief assistance from you, your school, office, neighborhood, institution or organization.

We are attaching in this email some updates from the Cordillera People's Alliance which can give a glimpse of what happened to our fellow brethren in Pangasinan.

As an immediate response, AGHAM, together with CPU, Agham Youth, BAYAN, Kalikasan, the Center for Environmental Concerns and the National Councl of Churches in the Philippines (NCCP) formed a taskforce called BALSA (Bayanihan Alay sa Sambayanan)-Cordi&CL to campaign for immediate relief and rehabilitation operations.
